You may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Please provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging
Claims submitted without photo evidence may not be approved.
Once verified, we may offer:
• Replacement
• Store credit
• Refund (if applicable)
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
All orders include tracking information.
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, ZenElith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the courier directly to file a claim.
We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Delays caused by customs, couriers, or peak seasons
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used incense products cannot be returned.
Items showing signs of use, damage from misuse, or excessive residue will not qualify for refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
