Our Fulfillment Process
All shipments begin from our international fulfillment centers to ensure availability and quality control.
Due to shipping regulations:
• Incense may ship separately from burners.
Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your ritual as it travels to you.
Delivery Information
Estimated Shipping Time: 8-10 business days
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt a second delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the courier directly to initiate an investigation.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
